BOG TRAINING

Thank you for applying to be a BOG. After you fill out the BOG Application we will review your application and place you as an apprentice.

Apprentice bogs must always accompany a Sr. Bog at least once in a caravan. We suggest you start by assisting with navigation and communication.  Once we see that you follow all the CARRET rules and regulations with integrity and good decision-making skills, you will become a BOG. Training is essential for your safety.

General Information:
BOGS are split into three categories:
1. Apprentice BOG
2. BOG
3. Senior BOG

Communication:
Please refer to the Emergency Alert System for instructions to join both WhatsApp and Zello.
Once you join the CARRET Rescue Rangers Zello Channel you will receive a private invite to the BOG Zello Channel where we dispatch. Always communicate through the BOG Zello channel when you are deployed.
